What is the Visioning Summit?
The 2023 Visioning Summit is the inaugural annual convening for the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts. By convening a wide array of changemakers and creating opportunities for connections and conversations across government and industries, the Summit aims to break down barriers and pave the way for greater representation.

Registration is FREE! The Summit is open to anyone who is interested in these important conversations on representation in media, film, and television.
Where is the Visioning Summit and when does it take place?
The Summit will take place on Wednesday, September 20th at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The event takes place from 10 AM - 12:45 PM ET.
Who are the panelists?
Distinguished journalists Ed O'Keefe (CBS News), Jim Acosta (CNN), Monica Alba (NBC), and Claudia Grisales (NPR) will lead panel discussions, along with Blue Beetle Director Ángel Manuel Soto, actor Ramón Rodriguez (currently starring in Will Trent), actor and producer Eugenio Derbez (CODA), Carla Dirlikov, Senior Advisor and Envoy for Cultural Exchange at the National Endowment for the Arts, Rep. Joaquin Castro, and Flavio Morales, producer.
What about the strike?
NHFA respects the industry negotiations underway this summer. Should they continue, NHFA will adhere to any modifications to our event presentation per SAG-AFTRA guidelines to protect our guests.
What is Noche Musical?
Noche Musical is the Foundation’s invitation-only closing celebration of the inaugural 2023 Visioning Summit, featuring live performances, the 27th Annual Visibility Awards and special guests from the Hill, the White House, and Diplomatic Corps.
This year’s awardees include: Camila Morrone, Ramón Rodríguez, and Ángel Manuel Soto.
