Talent Cultivation
The Foundation is cultivating the next generation of Hispanic talent through education to career pipelines and mentorship.
PitchProgram
Our signature PitchPrograms convene Latino students from specific regions for 2-day intensives in which they network, receive mentorship from industry representatives, develop content ideas, and eventually Pitch their work.
Artist Mentorship Program
Our support for our scholars doesn’t end on graduation day — we strive to support their careers for life through our Artist Mentorship Program. Participants go to industry meetings with the Foundation and receive one-on-one mentorship through their careers.
In 2022, the Foundation launched a subprogram within the Artist Mentorship Program dedicated to vocalists and musical theater performers – the Musical Residency Initiative.
Scholarship Program
The Foundation funds graduate scholarships for students at eight select universities with a proven track record of creating student career opportunities in the media, telecommunications, and entertainment industries – NYU, Columbia, Yale, Harvard, Northwestern, UCLA, USC and UT Austin.
